2. Enquiries and Quote Requests
When you use the “Contact Us” button or request a quote, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address, postcode, town, event date and message.
Purpose: to answer your request and manage the business relationship that may follow.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients: the Wedding Venues Luxury team.
Processors: the sales management software “Pilote ton Domaine”, published by Pepilead, whose database is hosted by Supabase; and an automation server (n8n), hosted by Hostinger, which forwards your request.
Preventing abuse: to limit abusive submissions, the sender’s IP address and email address are also recorded, on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: 3 years from our last contact if your request does not go any further. If a contract is signed: for the duration of our relationship, then for the periods required by law (10 years for accounting records).
3. Clients & Guests Area
The email address you enter to access the Clients & Guests Area is used only to send you the access link. It is forwarded by our automation server (n8n), hosted by Hostinger.
4. Audience Measurement and Advertising (Only With Your Consent)
If you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and only then, we measure site traffic and the performance of our ads using two tools from Google Ireland Limited:
The Google Ads tag measures visits from our ads and certain actions on the site: submitting the form, clicking the phone number or email address, and downloading a document. It sets cookies in your browser (see section 5). Google may also read or set its own cookies on its domains (google.com, doubleclick.net).
Google Analytics measures site traffic: pages viewed, length of the visit, where visitors come from and device type, among others, as well as the same actions. Google Analytics receives your IP address and uses it to estimate your approximate location (city, country), but does not store it. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation.
The Google Ads tag is loaded by a script provided by Pepilead, publisher of our sales management software “Pilote ton Domaine”, which also passes these actions on to Google; this script does not record your browsing in that software. Google may transfer data to the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention in Google Analytics: 14 months after your last visit; after that, only aggregate statistics are kept.
Earlier measurement data: until 4 November 2026, the Pepilead script also recorded in the Pilote ton Domaine software the pages viewed and certain actions, with the referring page, device type, campaign parameters, ad click identifiers and a session identifier. That data is kept for no more than 25 months.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
A cookie is a small file saved by your browser when you visit a website. Local storage is a similar space in your browser.
With your consent
_gcl_au, _gcl_aw, _gcl_gb (Google Ads cookies): measure the performance of our ads. Duration: 90 days.
_gcl_ls (Google Ads local storage item): same purpose.
_ga and _ga_… (Google Analytics cookies): measure site traffic. Duration: 13 months after your last visit.
Without consent, because they are necessary or simply remember a preference
wvl_consentement (local storage): remembers your cookie choice. Duration: 6 months.
climPopupSeenAt and climVignetteDismissed (local storage): remember that you have closed the air-conditioning announcement.
Changing your choice
The cookie banner appears on your first visit. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which you will be asked again. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or right here: Cookie settings. If you withdraw your consent, the Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
6. Resources Loaded from Third-Party Servers
To display the website, your browser downloads some resources from third-party servers. No cookie is set, but, as with any connection, these servers receive your IP address:
Google Fonts typefaces (Google);
Font Awesome icons, via cdnjs (Cloudflare);
the AOS animation library, via unpkg;
the enquiry form script, served by Pepilead from pilote-ton-entreprise.fr.
7. Website Hosting
The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
